now a days i started hating the word " MOTIVATION PROGRAMS"
imagine how Motivation Could be programmed.
employees need salary...corporates need profit. all of the motivation programs are money driven...its not people driven ...
....we need Jesus Christ....Lord krishna...brechers of love as HR managers....
i think we should ask the POPE to design a motivation program without money as motive...
then there is a possibility
